Landsberg Jewelers gladly accepts the return of any unworn, original merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Store credit will be issued for returned merchandise purchased between 30 and 60 days from sale date.

Exchanges are also welcome at any time during the 60 day post-sale period. Custom or Special Orders as well as timepieces that have been worn or altered may not be returned or exchanged at any time. Landsberg Jewelers assumes no liability for the loss of and/or damage to any merchandise in transit to our store. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
